Anjeer Jumbo (Afghanistan)

Jumbo Afghan dried figs — fat, honey-sweet and gloriously soft. The finest grade. Eat them as they are, soak overnight, or chop into milkshakes, halwa and barfi. Store airtight in the fridge, especially in humid weather.
