At Urban Farmers, we take pride in the quality of our fresh, pesticide-free hydroponic produce. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Return Policy
Because we sell fresh perishable produce, we do not accept returns of items for change of mind or taste preference — this is standard practice for fresh food. However, we fully stand behind the quality of every delivery.
If there is a quality issue with your order, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 24 hours of delivery. No need to return the product — simply send us a photo.
Eligible Refund Situations
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if you receive:
- Damaged, wilted, or bruised produce
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Produce that does not meet our freshness standards
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the affected item. We will arrange either:
- A replacement in your next scheduled delivery slot, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Order Cancellations
- Before cutoff: Cancel for a full refund before the delivery slot cutoff — Monday 3 PM for Tuesday deliveries, Thursday 3 PM for Friday deliveries.
- After cutoff: Once produce has been harvested for your order, cancellation is not possible as the fresh produce cannot be resold.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) used at checkout.
- Razorpay may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Since we deal in fresh perishable goods, physical returns are not required. You do not need to ship anything back. Refunds and replacements are processed based on photographic evidence of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after the delivery slot cutoff time
- Quality complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
- Change of mind or taste preference (fresh produce cannot be returned)
